Jackie spent ten years working for major recruitment brands Hayes and Ranstad in London before relocating to the South Coast. Here, she spent seven years working in 100% new business sales in the software and FMCG sectors for employers including Proctor and Gamble, building sales teams and writing sales strategy.
She combined her deep knowledge and passion for sales and recruitment when she founded Baobab Recruitment, a successful and purely Sales Recruitment business, in 2014.
